We are so very thankful to our many, many loyal customers, online and in store. Because of all of you, we are in our 9th year of business and happily looking forward to the next nine years! As a token of our thanks, we created our Polka Dot Sheep rewards program. Whether you shop online, over the phone, or in shoppe, you will be earning credit towards your next yarn spree.
Online Rewards:
When you shop online, you'll quickly accumulate points which turn into savings at checkout. If you have a balance of points in your account, you'll be prompted at checkout if you'd like to redeem your points or save them for your next visit. Your choice. Easy.
In-Shoppe Rewards
In-shoppe points will accumulate in the same manner, but are redeemable only in increments of $5.00. You'll earn this $5.00 credit each time you spend $150.00. Again, easy!

How do I make sure my purchases calculate towards my rewards?
To receive your $5.00 account credit or online points, make sure you have an account with us. Sign up in store, over the phone, or online. Make sure to log in to your account when placing an online order and your points will automatically accumulate. When shopping in store or over the phone, simply mention that you have an account, and your purchase will apply.
Is there a limit to how many rewards I can earn?
No. You will receive a $5.00 account credit each time you meet the spending threshold of $150.00. Online shoppers will accumulate points each time you shop.
Will my rewards expire?
In store points expire. You have 60 days from the time you earned your reward to spend it. Online points will be banked indefinitely.
How will I know how close I am to earning a reward?
Each time you make a purchase your purchase amount will automatically be tallied and printed on your receipt. You can also call us anytime and we will let you know. You online points are tracked in your personal account. Log in anytime to see how many points you have accumulated.
Are all purchases eligible?
Shipping charges and certain closeout items may not be eligible. All other purchases will apply.
Are gift certificate purchases eligible?
Yes and no. The purchaser of the gift certificate does not receive credit towards their reward. The redeemer will receive the credits when he/she redeems the certificate.
How do I redeem my rewards?
After a pending period of 5 days, you can redeem your reward credit in store or over the phone. When you make a purchase, mention your account and the credits will automatically be applied. Online points are available to redeem anytime you make a purchase online.
