ABOUT YARN
May I order more skeins than are currently available?
Yes. Most of our yarns are readily available. If for some reason, we cannot get your yarn in stock right away, we will email and let you know the estimated shipping date and you can decide if you’d like to wait.
Will my skeins match in color?
Yes. We will choose your skeins as if we were knitting the project ourselves. If we do not have enough skeins that are matching, we will email you to see if you would like the less matching skeins or wait for another batch.
I’ve got this great pattern; can you help me find a suitable yarn?
Indeed! Marrying yarns to patterns is something we love to do. Give us a call and we’d be happy to assist.
Will you wind my hanks into cakes?
Yes. We’re happy to wind your hanks into center pull skeins for $1.00 per skein. On the yarn detail page, above the “Quantity” box, you’ll see a “Yarn Winding” option box. Simply enter the number of skeins you’d like to have wound and we’ll take care of the rest. Please note, hanks that have been wound into cakes is not returnable.
ABOUT SHIPPING
How much do you charge for shipping?
We've made shipping easy. On orders of $50.00 or under, our standard shipping costs are $6.00. All orders $50.01 and over, standard shipping is FREE.
How long will it take to get my order?
In stock orders will ship within 2 business days. Standard shipping times are 7 -10 business days.
Can I get my order sooner?
Yes. You may choose to pay for Priority 2 – 3 business day shipping. You’ll be able to choose this option at checkout.
I’m from Canada, do you ship here?
Yes. We’re happy to ship to our friends up north, just choose the “Canada” shipping option during checkout for a standard flat rate fee of $10.00 on all orders.

Do you accept paypal?
Yes. We accept paypal on phone orders. Give us a call, place your order, we’ll email you the invoice and ship your items when we receive the cleared payment.
